    1. Tell us about yourself
    2. Tell us what you would like to accomplish and when (these are your milestones). Depending on your milestones, we may ask you for more information for your profile
    3. Take a simple "Fit Test" to establish a baseline in some basic exercises
    4. Watch us create a custom fitness and nutrition plan for you!
    5. Create or join a team of family, friends or coworkers
    6. Select to receive your fitness routines via DVD and/or online. There is a fee for the DVD's which include the routines, case, and manual. You can start using the online videos right away; the DVD's will take a few days to arrive. Nutrition and cooking videos are all online.

    1. Receive emails with your fitness schedule and routine for each day. Each email will contain a link to the routine on our website and a list of each exercise in case you don't have access to a computer or a TV and DVD player
    2. Receive emails with your meal and nutrition plans
  3. Track your progress

    Track your progress on our site or choose to receive scheduled email updates (you don't have to enter any data unless you choose to). You can view your schedule for the month and review your accomplishments.

    1. If you miss a routine or change your meal choices just let us know, we will adjust your plan for you!
    2. Your team captain will set up "FitIns" to track your progress by measuring your improvement in the Fit Test exercises and any other milestone metrics you decide to track.
